Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualification and alignment with job requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing strategies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company as an attractive workplace through social media and outreach campaigns.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and company culture fit.

Qualifications

• College Graduate of any business course
• Proven experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS...
