Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Review candidate resumes and profiles, match them with suitable job opportunities, and suggest improvements to strengthen their fit.
  • Clearly communicate employer requirements to candidates and provide guidance throughout the application process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between employers and candidates, offering support to employers when needed.
  • Consistently present qualified candidates to employers to maximize successful placements.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of contact center experience/customer care operations (voice or voice + non‑voice).
  • Minimum 1 year tenure with each employer in the past 2 years.
  • Comfortable with multiple outbound calls
