Rectification Of FAHU Condensing Units - Hilliana Tower

At Hilliana Tower, the Project involves the rectification and restoration of the Rooftop Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU‑1 & FAHU‑2) and their associated Condensing Units (Systems 01 to 08). A detailed inspection identified operational, mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic deficiencies that impair the reliability, efficiency, and automatic operation of the HVAC system.

The inspection revealed damaged control wiring, compressor failures, refrigerant leakage, deteriorated insulation, rusted equipment surfaces, damaged door hinges, improper drain line installation, and malfunctioning automatic control systems. These issues have rendered many condensing units inoperative and have prevented the FAHUs from functioning correctly in Auto Mode.
