Service – Wet, dry, pre-action systems, small renovations that require modifications. Trouble shoot systems that are not in proper operation. Make applicable repairs
Contracts – Install new systems in both retro and new builds. Coordinate with onsite trades, track and order material, follow track and report on safety procedures
Inspection – Inspect, test all applicable systems (fire pumps, hydrants, different alarm valves and devices
Maintain knowledge of codes and standards
Qualifications
Certification as a Fire Protection Technician (specifically, Sprinkler/Standpoint System)
Red Seal Journeyperson Sprinkler Fitter preferred
Position is a unionized position
Valid drivers license with clean abstract
