POSITION SUMMARY:

The Reentry Assessment Coordinator is responsible for assessing justice-involved individuals for placement within the STOP (Specialized Treatment for Optimized Programming) Services program based on identified criminogenic risks and needs, including substance use disorders (SUD) and related behavioral health factors.

This position works directly out of designated parole offices within the assigned program area and serves as a liaison between parole, treatment providers, and STOP program staff to ensure appropriate, timely, and effective program placement. The Reentry Assessment Coordinator plays a critical role in matching participants with the most suitable treatment modalities to support rehabilitation, stabilization, and reduced recidivism.
