Omega are supporting a leading facilities management provider in their search for a Refrigeration Engineer working on commercial refrigeration equipment. 

You will be the first line in all service and maintenance throughout allocated sites. They will also effectively maintain service and repair Refrigeration Equipment in customer locations and aid HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits.

Key Responsibilities – Refrigeration Engineer

Identify faults and carry out effective repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment.
Communicate professionally with customers on site and coordinate with internal service administration teams.
Maintain up to date knowledge of new products, technical updates, and product developments.
Handle engineer and customer queries over the phone, offering clear and accurate guidance.
