Responsibilities:


+ Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory, focusing on customers such as Owner Companies, Engineering Firms, Construction and Installation Contractors, and OEMs.

+ Drive continued sales of traditional products while generating growth through new, strategic, and custom solution offerings.

+ Develop, implement, and execute an annual sales plan for the territory.

+ Report weekly progress, opportunities, and challenges using the SAP CRM system.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations, from executive leadership to plant-level end users and installers.

+ Analyze customer cultures to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
