We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented **Regional** **Actuarial Financial Planning & Analysis Transformation Lead** to drive a multi-year FP&A and actuarial modernization agenda across the businesses in Asia segment of Manulife. This is a pivotal regional role responsible for reimagining how actuarial insights, financial planning, forecasting, and analytics come together to support strategic decision-making in a complex multi-market life insurance business.

You will lead the end-to-end transformation of actuarial modelling, planning, projection and forecasting processes, technology platforms, and reporting capabilities, building a future-ready actuarial FP&A ecosystem that is digitally enabled, efficient, and insight-led.
