Job Summary The successful candidate will join Shared Service Unit with responsibility for financial analysis of facilities cost for CH2M HILL offices in MENA & India region.
Responsibilities - Monitoring and analyzing financial data of the region
- Participation in budgeting and forecasting for the region, collating and analyzing monthly variance explanations from office managers and coordinating with the Accounting Department
- Collecting headcount data for MENA & India, day‑to‑day support of the Geographic Facilities Operations Manager (GFOM), follow up with the region on corrections and preparation of ad hoc reports.
- Assists GFOM and FO leads with Budget Management, Operational services and Planning activities. May provide work leadership for lower level employees as assigned by GFOM.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple, concurrent priorities and other Admin related duties as needed.
