Overview

The Regional Planning Associate Director is responsible for translating regional growth strategy into a clear, scalable category point of view (POV) and driving category specific growth, alignment, and impact across markets. The role provides category leadership, owns category planning and initiatives, and ensures one to many scaling of learnings and best practices. This role works in close partnership with the Regional Strategy Lead and key client stakeholders to ensure strategic clarity, consistency, and effective market adoption.

• Own and articulate a clear regional category POV, aligned to the growth direction set by Strategy & Growth
• Translate strategic intent into category priorities, frameworks, and guiding principles for markets
