Responsibilities

• Working closely with our Head of Business Operations and senior leadership team.
• Acting as our operational representative in the UAE.
• Supporting activities across Business Operations, HR & People, Finance & Banking, Compliance & Legal, Executive Support, Client & Commercial Operations, Process Improvement & AI Enablement.
• Taking the initiative and seeing through tasks such as supporting senior leaders, coordinating visa applications, resolving banking issues, representing at client meetings, and driving operational projects forward.
