About the role

We’re looking for a Regional Change and Readiness Lead to drive the change management, business readiness and change leadership for a large-scale SAP transformation (the Modern ERP Program) across specific locations within the Rio Tinto business, with a focus on Commercial and Move & Sell processes within an S/4HANA deployment.
