Overview

The Regional Clinical Consultant (RCC) provides clinical leadership and oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilities, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with facility leadership to drive clinical performance, improve outcomes, and support staff development.

The RCC plays a key role in stabilizing newly acquired and underperforming facilities, with a focus on compliance, quality improvement, and clinical best practices.
