Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Serve as the regional financial leader for all fabrication facilities within the Mexico region, reporting directly to the Fabrication VP of Finance and functionally supporting the Regional Fabrication Operations VP.
• Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and long-range strategic planning for the regional fabrication segment.
• Partner with site management and regional operations teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and process optimization strategies.
• Provide timely and insightful financial analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational variances, capital expenditures (CapEx), and product line profitability.
