Role Overview

The Regional Controller leads the Accounting and Administrative teams in the Philippines, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and payroll operations aligned to U.S. GAAP and local standards. Reporting to the U.S.-based Corporate Controller, this role is the senior accounting leader on the ground and key liaison to U.S. counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the accounting team (10+) covering financial reporting, AP/AR, and end-to-end payroll processing including salary funding.

• Own month-end close, financial statement preparation, and intercompany activity in compliance with U.S. GAAP and PFRS.

• File quarterly and annual BIR tax returns; coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.

• Implement and maintain internal controls; resolve discrepancies in financial records.
