Position Overview

            Job Title: Regional Director of Operations

Job Location: Elmhurst, IL

Job Duration: 2-3 Months (possibility of extension)

Shift: Shift is fluid; shift will change based upon need

Payrate: $46.00/ hr. on w2

Duties and Responsibilities:

Regional Leadership & Strategy:

Provide leadership oversight across all operational functions within the region – including Sterile.

Processing, Transportation, and Facilities:

Lead and develop site-level Directors, Managers, and Coordinators across disciplines.

Establish regional priorities, performance goals, and operating standards.

Align all site operations with company strategy and regional growth initiatives.

Drive operational integration across departments to ensure seamless execution.
