**Overall Job Summary**

**The West Region consists of stores in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, IN, KS, KY, LA, MS, NE, NM, OK, OR, TN, TX, WA.**

This position is responsible for the management of the field organization for a Petsense Division through District Managers resulting in the accomplishment of specific financial and operational goals. This position is responsible for the leading the stores and districts to achieve their financial plans, surpass key metrics, drive our strategic initiatives and be an ambassador for our Petsense culture through living up to our purpose mission and values.
