Avantor is looking for a Regional Sales Director with a proven track record of building and leading successful and high achieving teams. In this role, she/he will provide ongoing leadership, coaching, development, support and direction to the Region’s 7-8 Sales Representatives; ensure effective territory management and achievement of assigned sales, profit and expense goals. The Regional Sales Director will manage $55-$60 million dollar territory and be responsible for creating and implementing successful strategies to further penetrate and segment the market, consisting mainly of large, integrated and global clients. This diverse territory includes Pharma, Biotech, and Industrial clients.
