MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their Engineering team with a Regional Discipline Lead (Design Management) for our Thames Water Framework based at our Maple Lodge location with Hybrid working available.

In addition to project work, you will sit within the regional functional leadership team and support wider business improvement and integration. You will be responsible for the leadership of the discipline in region, ensuring that the discipline is the right size and shape and has the correct competencies and capacity in region. You will also ensure that the standard practices are applied in region and contribute to the development of the discipline.

You will report directly to the Regional Engineering Lead (REL) & Design Management Technical Discipline Lead (TDL) as appropriate, and the responsibilities will include:
