Summary You will serve as a REGIONAL DISPATCH TRAINING & QUALITY SPECIALIST of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII. Responsibilities You will design and implement training programs including benchmarks, timelines, and available learning support tools and methods. You will establish and implement a quality assurance/quality improvement (QA/QI) program for the dispatch center. You will provide classroom instruction for newly hired employees and coordinate on-the-job training of all emergency management dispatchers. You will perform routine dispatch services.
