Job purpose:

Regional Distribution Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and optimising Phoenix Contact’s channel partner network across Southeast Asia to drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration.

This role focuses on channel strategy, distributor performance management, partner capability development, and regional alignment, while ensuring consistent execution of Phoenix Contact’s sales strategies, pricing policies, and go‑to‑market approach across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
