**Job Description**

As Regional Engineering Lead for the US region, you will own the end‑to‑end investment lifecycle of equipment, facilities, utilities and systems across sites in the region.

**Key accountabilities include:**

+ Owning and managing the total lifecycle of site fixed assets in alignment with regional and site strategies.
+ Partnering closely with Regional Operations Leaders to manage and optimize site fixed assets.
+ Facilitate the management of capital projects through our company Capital Management Process, including presenting at the Animal Health Capital Review Committee (CRC).
+ Ensuring successful delivery of capital investments (scope, schedule and cost) in line with strategic objectives.
+ Driving optimization of site assets in terms of utilization, reliability, maintenance and regulatory compliance (including cGMP).
