Regional Field Production Advisor

As an Area Field Production Advisor, you are a vital member of the Area Field Production Mission team, directly involved in executing field production crop plans. Your role supports optimizing field production processes, ensuring seamless mission execution, and enhancing overall team efficiency through Operations Discipline. Daily tasks will vary with objectives to enhance operational excellence and build high-trust relationships with growers and field service providers.

This is a 12–18 month position based out of Cranbrook, BC, working at field sites in the area, and office area during winter months.
