Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for driving P/L for west zone, strategic planning, market expansion and channel
management
β’ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
β’ Sourcing and closure of Deals for construction finance proposals
β’ Performing functions for business development of Construction Finance lending business to Real
Estate Developers across West zone
β’ Developing relationships with real estate developers and offer products catering to their
requirements
β’ Liaise with connectors/IPCs and local Retail team to source and then structure deals
β’ Liaise between the HO team/ internal stakeholders for ensuring smooth closure of the
transaction with the targeted timelines
β’ Ensuring Business Plan Achievement, Key Account Development, Account Receivable (AR) Control
