A leading multisite, customer-facing services business is seeking a Regional General Manager to take full ownership of a regional portfolio across the Netherlands. This role carries end-to-end accountability for commercial growth, operational performance, customer experience, and financial results.

The position combines strong outbound sales leadership with hands-on operational management.
