Lynn Grove Academy are seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Regional Groundsperson who takes real pride in keeping outdoor spaces looking their best. You'll have some experience in grounds or maintenance work and feel confident using equipment safely. You're someone who enjoys working outdoors, whatever the weather, and can adapt to different tasks and working hours when needed. With a keen eye for detail and a positive, team‑focused attitude, you'll help create a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for our students and staff. Qualifications

• Good English and Maths skills, preferably to GCSE Grade 3 minimum or equivalent
