Job Highlights

The position is responsible to lead and set the direction for the South Arkansas Manufacturing team. The Manufacturing team includes Operations for three chemical plant sites, brine operations, quality control, and logistics. Leadership Responsibilities through the utilization of HSEQ policies and procedures, setting and attainment of site goals around safety, environmental performance, and quality as primary goals, with secondary goals around raw material yields, production rates, and return on investment.
