The Regional Head of Security & Operational Resilience – MEA is responsible for leading and implementing the regional strategy for Security, Health & Safety (H&S) & Business Continuity Management (BCM) in alignment with global and divisional objectives. The role ensures the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks to minimize exposure to people, operational, financial, and reputational risks, while ensuring compliance with increasing customer and regulatory requirements. It plays a critical role in strengthening operational resilience, ensuring effective crisis preparedness and response, and maintaining relationships with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and intelligence networks across the region.
