Requirements
- Strong generalist HR background
- Extensive IR, labour law and compliance experience
- Proven CCMA representation experience
- Multi-site HR experience is essential
- Strong recruitment and talent management expertise
- Experience with succession planning and development initiatives
- Restructuring and change management experience
- Culture and employee engagement survey analysis with action planning
- Onboarding and HR compliance experience
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
