As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing and leading store operations across a designated geographical area within the Sushitake group in Norway
This role involves oversee operational excellence across multiple sites ensuring consistent achievement of financial, operational and customers service goals.
You will work closely to the store managers providing guidance training and motivation to maintain high standards and drive business success by implementing structures and procedures approved by the business and ensuring they are followed, helping to make Sushitake the employer of choice.
