As Dubbing Operations Regional Manager, you will be overseeing a group of dubbing coordinators responsible for daily operations of their team. You will be instrumental in the development of performance goals and long-term dubbing operational plans that ensure audiences around the world experience the highest quality of localized content. You will have accountabilities for all aspects of daily dubbing operations, including managing forecasts, capacity, and utilization planning, owning dubbing production workflows and service-level agreements, vendor management, dub quality analysis and performance metrics.
