France is one of SumUp's most important growth markets, and the field sales team is at the heart of how we win it. Right now, we're building out the regional leadership layer that will power our next phase of scale β and this role sits right at the centre of that ambition. As Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead a team of Territory Managers across France, shaping how we recruit, coach, and grow a high-performing field sales organisation that puts small businesses first.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance. You'll be out in the field alongside your team, setting the standard, closing deals personally, and building the kind of sales culture that retains great people and drives consistent revenue.
