Working in part of Strykers Joint Replacement division a unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated driven and successful Regional Manager to lead a team of Territory Leads in Stryker we look for leaders that can motivate guide and oversee the success of your region whilst fostering a strong partnership with our customers and making healthcare better through the use of our industrys leading products and services.

You will be responsible for the overall management of your region; developing and leading your team and taking ownership for sales clinical and budgets .

Opportunities for maximizing customer service along with acquiring new customers will be a pivotal part of your role so a proven history of delivering exceptional results (individually and through your team) over an extended period is key.
