The Regional Manager provides a consistent, professional experience to the chapters, regions, and chapter managers through the effective and consistent delivery of information, content and follow‑up. This includes support for managing programs and processes, driving regional communications, regional data, and meeting logistics support. The Regional Manager manages workflows to provide effective levels of support across the portfolios in support of the chapters, regions, and chapter managers. The Regional Manager is the primary point of contact for chapter managers while acting as a trusted strategic partner to Regional Leadership, anticipating needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives that strengthen chapter health, member engagement and operational excellence.
