Managing Branch Managers through regular reviews, honest conversations, and clear direction.
Owning your region's financial performance - sales, labour, cost controls, and GP targets.
Turning dashboard data into action plans, not just observations.
Coaching Branch Managers on customer satisfaction results and brand standard audits.
Holding the region to health, safety, cash handling, and compliance standards without exception.
Handling IR matters, hearings, and CCMA representation when required.
Building succession - your region should always have the next leader ready.
