Job Summary

This role

leads the strategic and operational marketing agenda for the Polymers – Building and Infrastructure (B&I) business in India and across Asia.

Key responsibilities include strategic marketing, market insights generation, portfolio and segment leadership, pricing strategy, new market and application development, as well as cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, Technical Service, Global Marketing, and Business Teams. This role requires strong technical understanding, commercial acumen, and the ability to shape mid- and long-term business direction.
