**Objective**:
The supply chain organization of NORMA Group is responsible for scheduling and forecasting the right volumes of materials, goods and products inbound to the business ensuring an uninterrupted supply of raw materials, parts, and assembly items, while also managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers and other departments.
Their primary role is to manage material releases to vendors and inventory levels of raw materials and components to enable production execution while maintaining optimal productivity.
