Key purpose:

Managing and leading the regional Payroll team. Ensuring full compliance across the AME (Africa and Middle East) region. Coordinate and collaborate with other department for tax year closings and other regulatoryrequirements.

Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for the accurate administration and reconciliation of the wages and salaries payrolls
Sage VIP system maintenance and administration with regards to payroll information
Lead and manage the Payroll team
Ensure the accurate and timeous administration of new employees or terminations as well as personalinformation changes
Formulates, documents, implements and administers end to end payroll processes, policies, and practices
Ensure accurate capturing and processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
Take ownership for reconciling the VIP Payroll system with Workday and administrating the process ofcorrecting any reconciling issues
