About the role

We're looking for a  Regional Performance Manager (RPM) to join our team and play a key role in supporting one of our motor manufacturer clients. Responsible for a defined group of Bodyshops, the RPM will work to manage and nurture these relationships to maximise compliance and profit opportunities for all parties with a key focus on standards adherence, increasing repairs and parts sales across the network.

The RPM will review and manage network compliance ensuring adherence to the manufacturers standards and audits are passed first time. The RPM will also analyse and interpret key performance data to ensure Bodyshops meet their targets and business objectives, making informed recommendations and decisions based on factual insight.
