Precision Medicine Manager – Regional (LATAM). Responsible for developing and leading J&J’s precision medicine strategy across Mexico City, Bogotá, São Paulo, and remote (Colombia) locations, integrating diagnostics with therapeutic assets to optimize patient care.

  • Drive creation and completion of high‑quality precision medicine plans for LATAM.
  • Support internal stakeholders with insights for regulatory and payer submissions.
  • Translate policy and industry trends affecting evidence needs.
  • Identify quality assurance measures for partner confidence.
  • Address technical training needs for internal and external partners.
  • Evaluate medical and scientific accuracy of core dossiers (pricing, reimbursement, HEOR, medical information, clinical expert reviews).
