**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead procurement activities across goods, services, and Capital Expenditure in alignment with corporate strategy.
+ Drive regional implementation of category strategies for most goods and services; ensure small, one‑off purchases are managed locally per policy.
+ Negotiate and manage agreements delivering best total value (cost, service, quality, risk).
+ Ensure adherence to procurement policies, competitive bidding standards, and ethical practices.
+ Lead S2P process improvements and digital tool adoption (e.g., SAP, Ariba).
+ Support supplier improvement initiatives focused on quality, delivery, cost, safety, and service.
