**What You'll Do**

We’re looking for a Regional Recruiting Director to join our Principal Financial Network Management team! You will lead efforts to identify and attract qualified, high performing candidates within the financial services industry to join Principal Financial Network as a Financial Professional. This role will identify and vet the very best candidates with the shortest learning curves and time to revenue possible.

+ Assist in development of recruiting strategy, then plan and execute on recruiting goals.
+ Source and develop prospective financial representatives. Proactively target top performing, passive candidates within our industry.
