This individual will interface directly with the Inside Sales Manager, Product Manager, Regional Sales Managers, customers and Nidec offshore to resolve issues; initiate, track and manage forecasts, orders & sample requests; and coordinate matters directly involving customers within territory and distribution.

Responsibilities and duties

• Support Regional Sales Managers and Applications Engineers in managing sales priorities and achieving sales goals.
• Monitoring and timely resolution of overdue invoices.
• Setting up new customers in SAP.
• Daily and monthly sales reporting.

Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant 2+ year work experience
• Strong business system and application experience particularly with SAP and Excel.
• Knowledge of Google sheets and Microsoft Suite.
• English intermediate – advanced level
