MassMutual has seen tremendous success expanding our individual life insurance business through MassMutual Financial Advisors (MMFA)—and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a driven, relationship‑oriented Life Regional Sales Consultant to help accelerate growth and expand the impact of MassMutual’s industry‑leading life insurance solutions.

In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of driving sales by building strong partnerships with advisors, General Agents, and MMFA Brokerage teams. You’ll serve as a trusted expert and strategic partner—helping advisors bring meaningful life insurance solutions to their clients. You won’t be doing this alone: you’ll work closely with a dedicated Internal Wholesaler, forming a high‑impact team focused on delivering results.
