Position Overview
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
- 58 years' experience within the automotive industry.
- Proven experience in sales management within an OEM or dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive market dynamics.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance management tools. Key Responsibilities - Drive new vehicle sales performance across a regional dealership network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and dealership performance to identify growth opportunities.
