Regional Sales Manager Position summary: Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Regional Sales Manager. The primary duty of a Regional Sales Manager of Commercial Sales is to educate, motivate, encourage and train the regional commercial sales team to generate positive results by creating new leads and developing new sources for the sale of all company services. The Regional Sales Manager of Commercial Sales must possess excellent leadership qualities and be able to effectively coach and interact with all segments of the regional sales team and leadership. It is the Regional Sales Manager of Commercial Sales responsibility to assist Branch Managers, Service Managers, Commercial Evaluators and Service Professionals sell new business and to achieve monthly, quarterly and fiscal year sales goals. This position has a direct impact on and plays a huge part in the revenue growth of the company.
