What will you be doing?

The role reports into the Business Unit Director of the ENT Division and is responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction across the Coastal Region to deliver the ENT Franchise business strategy and financial KPIs.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to maximise revenue and profit potential, plus developing the associated organisational capabilities to deliver on the market growth programs.

What will you need to be successful? At least 5 years working experience in life sciences; medical devices industries, demonstrating a proven track record in sales, marketing and general management across organisations which were growing and innovating.
