The role ensures the effective execution of the company’s commercial strategy, aligned with regional marketing and technical positioning, while maintaining full ownership of the territory P&L and sales performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial positions within the agricultural sector
• Experience in biological products (biofertilizers, inoculants, biostimulants, biocontrol)
• Experience working with B2B distribution channels
• Regional experience in Latin America, preferably in extensive crops but also in intensive crops
• Advanced or native Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Spanish (optional)
