Purpose of the Job
To drive profitable sales growth within the Gauteng region by developing strategic customer partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing commercial strategies that support the Company's business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in commerce, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- A postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
- Valid driver's licence.
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years' commercial sales experience within the FMCG, Consumer Goods or Food Manufacturing industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience leading and developing a team of Sales Representatives or a regional sales team.
- Proven track record in business development, sales growth and key account management.
