Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) β Kochi Experience: 12β15 Years (Minimum 2β3 Years as Area Sales Manager)
Location: Kochi
Industry: FMCG β Personal Care (Up to 30% exposure in Food Industry acceptable)

Role Objective
To drive primary and secondary sales, expand market penetration, and strengthen distribution across the Delhi market while ensuring achievement of business targets and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned geography.
Manage and develop distributors to ensure effective coverage and stock availability.
Drive secondary sales and retail expansion across GT channels.
Implement trade schemes, promotions, and visibility initiatives effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in South Kerala.
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Officers / Territory Sales In-charges.
